Important Announcement: Summer has officially started, it is important to retrieve your magical candles as soon as they are delivered. We will begin shipping packages only Monday - Wednesday to ensure that the candle is not stuck in a hot truck throughout the weekend. We strongly recommend to plan for the day your items are delivered.
Adding heat protection bubble wrap will only minimize the chances of the candle melting so please try your best to retrieve your candle as fast possible upon delivery or you also have the option to hold your package for a pick up at your local post office.
If your state has a predicted weather forecast of 80 degrees or more we strongly recommend to purchase heat protection. We will not be held responsible for melted candles for being left in the sun for an excessive amount of time, especially, if no heat protective packaging is purchased.
Processing and handling will take about 3-5 business days (unless states otherwise at the top of our website) & typical delivery time frame is between 2 to 5 business days. However, during a high amount of traffic, there may be a 7-10 business day delay on processing & handling. Please allow USPS up to 48 hours to update the status of your package. Processing times do not account for weekends or holidays.

International orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These funds are not paid nor are they set by Oula Crystal Co rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations.
We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.
We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.
