Wholesale Policies

Opening Order Minimum: $150

Orders that do not meet these criteria will not be processed as wholesale orders. If you have any questions or need assistance, you may inquire before placing an order.  

Lead Time & Invoicing

All wholesale orders require a minimum of 2 weeks before completion, any longer will be specified. Rush orders may be requested but they may also incur additional fees and we reserve the right to decide on an individual case basis. Feel free to contact us anytime if you would like an update on your wholesale order. Invoices will be sent via email using Shopify platform. We will not begin making orders until invoice is paid. There terms are for orders placed with us on Shopify.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is based on standard pricing made by UPS Ground. Free US Shipping for orders over $500.

If close by we may offer delivery methods for your order for faster arrival. 

We will provide a tracking number upon shipment. Oula Crystal Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and may withhold responsibility for damages incurred during the delivery process. Please take adequate precautions and considerations to ensure orders are delivered and received safely as Oula Crystal Co will do the same during the process of packing and shipping. Oula Crystal Co does not have control over delivery delays, please contact the shipping carrier directly for quicker assistance. 

International orders will likely be shipped via USPS, DHL, or UPS Worldwide. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. 

Oula Crystal Co does not have control over delivery delays due to customs.

Late Fees

We will withhold any products for as long as they remain unpaid.

Return Policy

Returns or refunds are not accepted. We allow claims for shortages or damages as long as they are reported to Oula Crystal Co within five (5) days of receipt of merchandise. Each request will be reviewed. Any exchange will be made as to future credit or a one-for-one trade. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange for any goods damaged for reasons of negligence other than our own. Shipping & Handling Fees are non-refundable.
